or you can just use:
<input name="name[1]" type="text" />
<input name="zip[1]" type="text" />
....
<input name="name[2]" type="text" />
<input name="zip[2]" type="text" />
....
<input name="name[3]" type="text" />
<input name="zip[3]" type="text" />
then you will get an array after the post
