if the client is so inclined to remove this annoying message in IE6, you

turn on that warning by tools-> internet options -> security tab ->
Custom
Level button -> Miscellaneous section allows users to display mixed
content:
disable, enable or prompt. the default is prompt, giving the user
control
to continue into the website or not.
