I believe www.hostvelocity.com does co-lo, but I don't know what his prices
are etc. for that since I go with just the hosting service.  I also know
that Host Velocity also does service reselling so if NYPHP wanted to provide
hosting service, they could be a Host Velocity reseller and not have to
worry about the majority of the headache of managing the hosting.
