thanks so much Steve, I can certainly wait.
I'm playing around now to acclimate myself to joomla as I wait for the graphics
artist to create a layout and design that client approves. No hurry at all, I appreciate
the advice.
I plan on attending the meeting in NYC on monday nite. If you also plan to attend, perhaps
we can discuss further at that time...

Right now I am busy with a client, but if it can wait I can send you a copy of my
Joomla framework later tonight. It's very basic with a minimal amount of code.
You should also check out Barry North's Joomla 1.6 book. It has an excellent chapter on how to build a Joomla template from scratch.
