Hi Mitch

Many thanks for the response. I have filed and been registered as an
LLC, and have indeed several boilerplate agreements I have found on
the internet and customized for my needs.  I wanted to see if working
Joomla entrepeneurs thought that was enough, or review by a lawyer was
a worthwhile investment before actual usage.  I'm happy with it, which
is the minimum criteria I suppose.
